What we store
Your email address, the brand content you or your assistants save (sections, outputs, decisions, rules, lessons, session state), sign-in events (time, IP address, browser), and the tokens and API keys you create, stored hashed.
How it is used
To run the service: showing your brands to you and to the assistants you connect, and to keep your account secure. We do not sell data and do not use your brand content to train models.
Assistants
An assistant sees your brand only through a token or key you created, for the scopes shown on the consent screen. Disconnect it in Settings at any time.
Sign-in codes are sent through Resend. We send no marketing email from this service.
Payments
Handled by Stripe. We store a customer id and subscription status, never card details.
Who else handles your data
Only the services that run Brand Brain: DigitalOcean (hosting and database, United States), Cloudflare (network and DNS), Resend (sign-in email) and Stripe (payments). The assistants you connect (such as Claude or ChatGPT) receive the brand content their tools read, under their own privacy terms. We share nothing else with anyone.
What your assistant sends us
Only what a tool needs: the brand content you ask it to save and the inputs of each tool call. We do not collect your conversations, chat history or files.
How long we keep it
Brand content stays until you delete it or your account. Sign-in codes expire after 15 minutes. Sign-in events are kept for account security and removed with your account. Daily database backups are kept by our host for 7 days, so deleted data leaves the backups within a week.
Deleting your account
Settings, delete account. Everything above is removed immediately.
