The service

Brand Brain stores a brand's memory and playbooks and makes them available to AI assistants you connect. It drafts and records; it does not publish, send, or pay on your behalf.

Your content

You own what you save. You are responsible for what you and your assistants save and for having the rights to it.

Your account

Keep your API keys private. You are responsible for activity under your keys and connected assistants until you revoke them.

Plans

Founder lifetime access is a one-time purchase that covers the hosted service for as long as it runs. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancelling keeps read access to what you saved.

Playbooks

Playbooks are guidance, not a guarantee of results. Third-party playbooks are attributed to their sources.

Availability

Provided as is, with reasonable effort to keep it running. Export your data at any time through the API.
